Senior at Ball State University in the Honors College. Psychology/Biology Major with a minor in Creative Writing, 4.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. I've gone beyond the required classes to create my own unique integrated major through the honors college which has allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge of a variety of subjects while still giving me space to pursue classes that I love like creative writing.
Experience
I've had previous experience tutoring through my high school and middle school's tutoring centers as well as multiple hours helping younger brothers, neighbors, and friends with homework and test prep. I took several AP classes in high school and received college credit through my exam scores. I want to be a tutor because I believe education is so important, and that no child should have to miss out on learning because the teaching style or pace doesn't fit them. Learning can be fun and meaningful when it's done right!

Hobbies
In my spare time I like to read, write, ride horses, and go hiking with my dog. I've spent my summers as a camp counselor, teaching kids to ride, and as a daycare teacher. Through these experiences, I've learned so much about people and myself. I've also seen just how much learning can change a kid, and how much fun they can have doing it!
